Really nice facility. Tori did my cut. Tori did a great job! I'll be back to see her again. When I called to book my appointment, I asked to book with a hair dresser that cost $35. I expected to pay $35 when I left. I was charged $40. I brought up this issue when it came time to pay. They didn't honor the price they had given me over the phone. I didn't like it that I was told one price and charged another. Also the lady that greeted me seemed grumpy. Other than that, it was overall a good experience.
