Used to pick coming to this place over Conemaugh.....

Used to pick coming to this place over Conemaugh... and Conemaugh is much closer for us. This place treated my mother like total garbage. She was there twice this week, first time was for diverticulitis. Never really diagnosed her, the doctor could care less. Spent more time waiting than anything else. Took her in today, Dr. Ovais Maqbool treated her like she was making things up. He ultimately got upset because she did not want pain meds for a kidney stone. He schooled her in allergic reactions and talked to her like a child the entire time. My mother knows what an allergic reaction is, between me and her, we've had a few. Some of the nurses, especially the broad up front at the registration window, have a "my poo doesn't stink" attitude and it shows. I don't care if my arm is falling off, I will not return here and I won't send anyone there for treatment. Absolutely disgusting... you should be ashamed of yourselves. No compassion or regard for anyone other than themselves. I never thought I'd say that about this place. This used to be a great place to go for faster treatment than most other places. Their time and care is really lacking. I wish I could give 0 stars... but I unfortunately have to give it 1.
