Our internet goes out at least once a week. We even have a commercial account & its awful! Never been offered a refund for any outages, no way to see area outages, no technical support when outage occurs
only ability is to leave a message.

Unfortunately we do not have choice of provider where we live. Anyone who does have a choice should definitely go with someone else.
