Service department is a joke! Awful customer service! I have gone there a few times and ALWAYS leave feeling like I have been totally ripped off! I know what you are thinking why go back? It s been for items that my mechanic said should be taken a look at by a Buick dealer non mechanical issues.
First off all they DO NOT stand behind their fixes. After fixing a problem, same problem happens again - same part and everything and they say it s isn t guaranteed because who knows what I did to it what the hell could I have done to a $1000 part in a few month??? This is an ongoing complaint that I have seen in other reviews too...Them not standing behind what they fix. When I asked them to look at the issue, they said maybe if I came in more often (for all my vehicle work and oil changes ect.) They could look at the issue I was claiming was not fixed and not charge me a diagnostic fee but since I don t come in often enough, they were going to charge me a diagnostic fee to see if the issue was fixed properly. It s either fixed properly or not! It has nothing to do with how often I use your service! They are always soooo sketchy there!

On another instance, they couldn t figure out what the problem was with my leaking roof (on an 8 year old car!) and wanted me to pay ANOTHER $150 So they could keep it longer to try to figure out the problem. When I said I wasn t going to pay more and just pick up the car and deal with the problem, THAN they call me back in like 1/2 an hour and they have a solution for the issue that, guess what?? ended up fixing the problem. I couldn t help but find it interesting that the solution only came right after I wasn t going to pay anymore and take my car away. I just never feel good about using them!
