I thought things would get worse for our family when I found out my new car that I have been wanting for years! (from Ron Tonkin Acura) needed transmission work. We went to Ron Tonkin Acura and they flat out yelled at us and were so offended we went to them! We weren't even mad, we just wanted to figure out what to do!
When we got to NW Jeep I was told bad things about them and was worried not only would we lose my car but would be ripped off by them too. They told us what options we had and we decided to follow through with those options. First thing they said was to call Chrysler, they were able to help us since the warranty had just ended. (17 day rental (normally 14) and half labor & parts) Not only did they pay half but John from NW Jeep made sure I had a rental car to get to work (3 jobs) and pick up my kids. Although I had to wait on a parts, John covered my rental for the rest of the time. We thought the parts were going to take longer to come in but when it did they worked on my car asap and called me that my car was ready and to come get it! We are SO HAPPY it all worked out!! I am in my Charger again and it drives great!!!
NW Jeep will now be my go-to place for service and even buying a new car soon for my husband. They kept their word and made sure we were less stressed in this long process. Thank you to John and your team for getting me back into my car!!
