My recent service experience at McDavid Honda was great--as usual! Much of this was thanks to Mike Hood. I find Mike to be a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of guy; he "says it like it is," and you can be sure what he says is good information. I have been going to McDavid for well over 10 years, and have been happy with all the service advisors. However, I would like to put Mike on notice that I will be requesting him specifically for future service needs! Nice job, Mike!

Feb 2017. I just had another flawless customer experience at Honda, courtesy of Mike Hood. Though he was juggling a lot of customers, I still felt he gave me all the attention I needed. He gave me a good deal on tires, completed other service work, and finished 10 minutes ahead of the promised time. Thanks, Mike!
