Worst unprofessional customer service.

Worst unprofessional customer service.
Messaged me the wrong way bill number to pay custom charges.. my package still hasn't arrived after 2 days. No one is contacting me back from customer care. Untrained staff members places calls on hold for a long time and can not resolve any issues including "team leaders "if you live in an apartment the driver will not attempt to call or buzz you.. if they see the door close, they will leave without attempting to contact you and report your package as "refused delivery". I would never want to deal with them again.
