Stayed at this hotel. Left a brand new dress in the closet. Between my husband and myself, we called multiple times in an attempt to speak with someone regarding this dress. With every call we were given the runaround and told to call back. During one call I was told that yes the dress was found, but I would have to call back to speak to head of house keeping. When we did call back once again the runaround and told that they did not have dress. Finally, asked to speak to the supervisor. Guess what.....told to call back. Is the call back later line part of the training program here at this hotel when staff doesn t want to deal with an issue? Customers service fail, Doubletree!! Hope whoever took my dress is enjoying it!
