Fantastic help from Diane and all other employees at the Batteries. A great company with a personal approach and good advice. Our plants have yet to be delivered, but given the service we have experienced so far, we are confident that this will also go as planned.

An update: due to busyness with orders, our order had gone wrong here and there. Everything neatly resolved. They did deliver smaller pot sizes of Portuguese laurel than ordered. We only found out after we had picked up some additional plants ourselves and had already planted the delivered ones. We thought this was a bummer, but we left it that way. Now wait and see how the plants will develop in the spring.
