Ok, if you thought, like me, that Brussels sprouts are disgusting, you absolutely need to try the Caramelized Brussels Sprouts. My wife ordered them and when they came out, there was only a hint of stink. My 15 year old daughter tried one and was hooked, so I tried also, not wanting to be left out. I had a hard time not eating the whole bowl. So delicious... Cooked in an apple gastrique, served with Ponzu sauce...I would never try to make these myself, they are reserved for those special times we get to visit Davenport...
