I received five star treatment from the time I asked if a car was still available on the lot to the time I drove off the lot with my new SUV. My salesman Ruben Velasco was more than a 5 star, with just losing my husband last year I have learn not everyone is truthful. I had no doubt I was working with someone that was honest and trustworthy. If he didn't know the answer he would Google it right then, and then we both had the answer.
