Ive been a hardware hands on tech for .. like 20 years. Not as many of those jobs around now. Advantage is a BUSY place. You need to KNOW your stuff. Or be able to study on your own to make sure you comprehend the tools for the job. Because it is a call center does not mean you don't need to be skilled. Also. It is not high school. If you are divulging personal habits in a close quarters setting like a call center. Then the problem is YOU. I work with MANY top notch people who all treat and talk with respect. We have NO issues. We communicate and teach, support each other in calls, If you try to be a professional, the job is the best. They will fire, but, come on its not personal there is WAY more to it. and it's not a private club, its an inclusive family, if you are professional.
