I was in a collision and my insurance company chose Bob Brown dealership to correct the damage. It was rear end damage and suspension damage. Once the work began, lots of other damage was uncovered. The original estimate was 2 weeks to fix my car, but as the rest of the damage was uncovered, more and more time was added. Scott, the service adviser assigned to me was very good about keeping me informed. He gave me weekly updates. He made sure that I understood what was happening and stayed in contact with my insurance company. He is a great guy. He also made it right after keeping my car so much longer than was planned. Thank you for the great service.
