Hi guys, this Hotel Novo Vernon Hotel DO NOT recommend to anyone, due to the terrible service and service. We arrived there early on Saturday and when we entered the room there was no crib, which was well in advance about 2 months before we booked for the comfort of our daughter, I called the reception and they stayed to check, we arrived at the night of the tours and they still hadn t put the crib in, so I tried to call reception several times and they didn t answer, until at last I was able to speak and they were checking again, so I called again to see what they were doing that was delaying the return and finally said that a guest he had arrived at the farm and the crib was available to him and the other crib was broken, I was indignant, because the reservation had been made far in advance and everything was ok, he said many things and finally, we had to gather the beds and improvise ..DESTABLISH ... ..and there is still a lot of noise from a train that seems to be passing through the room, the shower is horrible to take a shower, there is more hygiene.
