What an absolute mess of a business. Transactions are showing up showing the license plate number of my previous vehicle, ZipCash toll bills are showing up for transaction that have already been paid via the TollTag, and outdated driver's license information from four years ago cannot be updated. This is an awful and confusing business but they continue to make their money so why make the system better?
