Not bad not great. Management is very kind and all of my maintenance requests were pretty much handled in a timely manner. The closest in the apartments are nice and huge, but the apartments themselves are old and dirty very easily. Kitchens are dated and small. Beware of the community laundry room and trash shoot because people are inconsiderate. Also beware of kids playing in the middle of the streets/parking lots, they usually do not move out of the way. Parking is free but people speed through the parking lots very fast and it can get dangerous. All in all pretty good for a first apartment but the neighbors being inconsiderate kind of ruined it for me
