I had an average experience with Mid Nebraska Agency INC. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The website was easy to navigate, and the overall process of getting a quote was smooth. However, I felt that the rates were a little high compared to other insurance companies. It would be nice if they could offer more competitive prices. Overall, it was an average experience.
