I had a breaker trip and couldn t figure it out. A tech came to the house and wanted me to do a full panel upgrade...after I declined, I asked if he actually knew the problem...he said yes and wouldn t tell me until I agreed to the $196 repair fee. He then kneeled down and screwed two wires together...that was it...and he laughed as he charged me $196. No install, no real fix, he literally just connected two wires together...for $196.
