I m really disappointed to have to leave less than a 5 star review. Pine pharmacy has regularly been helpful when compounding medications for our cat but we recently had an issue with a medication they made. I called to try to get a resolution and the pharmacist was rude over the phone. I always say that businesses make mistakes, it s how they are handled that sets them apart. I hope this interaction is the outlier and the customer service does not continue to decline.
