Was very disappointed. I ve been coming to this location for the past 8 years. Was surprised to see it s not Magnussen Lexus anymore. It s sad to see the quality of service has left with Magnussen. First of all there are no more operators or receptionist to help answer any calls or questions. The lobby is busy with salespeople that are hovering like annoying flies.
I came to get my car serviced and told the gentleman I wanted to meet with the finance person. He very pleasantly said let me walk you to them. As we walk into the lobby he makes me wait in the waiting area and then brings me a salesperson who pretends to be a finance person. Super disappointed. To make things worse my car wasn t washed properly either, just rinsed from outside. The previous folks would have never done that.
