This is a great place to get great service. How I first came to them makes the best story.

My Audi A4 had a recall and I took it to Danbury Audi. While there, they said my water pump was about to go. I took the car to a local (New Fairfield) mechanic and asked him to replace the water pump per Danbury Audi's diagnosis. When I stopped in later in the day, nothing was done on the car and the owner told me it wasn't the water pump, but the whole engine was ruined. He could replace the engine ($4000) or dispose of the car for me. I asked if the car could make it to my home (4 miles) and he was very doubtful, but I did it with no problem.

The next day I did a search for Audi shops and found Danbury Autowerks. Brought the car in and told them about the water pump/whole engine dilemma. Later that day, Audi was returned with a new water pump ($900), quiet as a mouse and it kept going for years afterwards.

Ever since the water pump, they've been my go-to guys for both of my cars. I have never had a problem, work has always been done properly, done at a fair price, I've sent friends there and James and Doug have always been a pleasure to know and deal with.
