Manager is unfriendly. My friend and I visited the shop for the first time to consign a formal dress. We were greeted with "uhhh I have two consignments in front of you". We were offered no direction on how long to wait or where to place the dress while we waited. After ten minutes another employee tried to assist but was stopped by the manager because she "needs at least 10 items to consign for the first time". Would it not have been more productive to ask what she was consigning when we arrived? Will not visit again
