Believe it or not they actually confiscated everyo...

Believe it or not they actually confiscated everyone's passports for 4 hours until the rooms were ready. And, the passports were left in an unsecured area where they could have been stolen. This is a "Normal" procedure for this Hotel.

No hot water or A/C for 2 days.

No room service, zero.

The food looked good but, everything taste the same, gross. Worse than normal for Cuba. Hot foods cold, kitchen cleanliness.......very much in question.

The on site "Bank" pays you $102. Cuban for $150 Canadian dollars.
