3rd day of calls, yesterday I was told that I could not leave the package at the branch but that I had to call today, and today they tell me that the package is being delivered. In reality they have never passed, no notice left, and in the meantime an event for which I needed that package cannot be held. Money thrown away for the organization, money thrown away for everything, my future and the people involved thrown in the toilet, and all because they are incompetent, because you cannot speak directly with the branch. If you open a complaint file, they reply to you by email in which they tell you that the package is being delivered, and you call the toll-free number, and call back, and implore, and beg to be helped, but nobody helps you solve the problems by created for them. IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE SOMETHING YOU DON'T USE SDA, at least I have lost money, time and hopes. Madness
