As of June we have not received our return. We called to inquire why and were told we didn't respond to their email they sent twice. I never received the email and was astonished that a company that deals with time sensitive information did not call to follow up. From the get go I received nothing but attitude and said as much to the lady and that is not appropriate to be rude when they haven't completed the work they are paid for. Her reply was to get increasingly rude with "Now you listen to me" at which point if had enough and said "Ma'am, don't you say that to me, you listen to ME, file the taxes, I'll pay you what I need to, and we'll never use you again." Her professional reply? She hung up! Last year they charged us $650. Suffice it to say, we will not be using a company that lacks common business sense again.
