Sent me a product with missing pieces. I contacted them and they told me they have had many buyers who were happy and some mentioned they also had missing pieces but were able to still build it. I told them I could not finish it without the missing pieces and he began laughing saying others can do it and to maybe use power tools. I just want what I paid for.
