This was my third trip to Merrifield Garden Center and I was not disappointed. In fact, I was more impressed than ever by the great customer service I received from Missy. She was incredibly busy, but she took time to help me select the perfect plant for a planter I had chosen. She went out of her way to be helpful, in spite of several rude customers interrupting us and demanding her immediate attention. She was patient and pleasant, even if they weren t. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
