Family member had serious surgery. Transported to...

Family member had serious surgery. Transported to another hospital without their personal belongings. The nurses in the floor blame each other. The nurse in charge will not call the patient or the family back after 11 hours! No one is in charge and the patient rights and belongings are not respected. Horrible, horrible patient treatment !!!!
