I live about 2 hours from them in Ohio and they charged me $15 shipping on a $27 gasket. I asked them to call me before they shipped the item as they were unable to provide a shipping estimate. Well, they didn't call and I was charged $15 shipping on an item that doesn't even weigh a half pound. 1 Star for great product.
