Stay away from this Dealership. Diana Munoz acted nice and led me to believe I was getting a car but ended up selling it to someone else while leading me on. This type of behavior from a highly respected Toyota dealership, is unexpected and unprofessional. I was extremely unhappy with the way Diana told me I got the car and then didn't call or respond back to me after two days. I hope the owner talks to her to make sure she doesn't do that to another one of their customers. She was rude, and extremely unprofessional, I can't believe Toyota of Sunnyvale, has someone like her on their sales team, I will never ever deal with this dealer in the future.
