I only dealt with their call center/appointment setting services. They were extremely reluctant to meet with only one homeowner. I explained to them that my husband leaves all home decisions to me. Also, he works rather long hours. Rather than trying to accommodate us they were insistent that they would try to meet on a weekend. I explained to them that our time is very valuable on the weekends and he'd rather not deal with these kinds of transactions. I told them I'd rather not have to convince you guys that my husband leaves the decisions to me. I tried to explain that if they were willing to meet with only one homeowner that they might have a customer. She then responded that they were willing to meet me on the weekend-they were not accommodating at all.

I will gladly take this review down if they're willing to accommodate.
