I needed my iPod fixed and the issue was such a simple fix for L2 Technologies. The great part was they explained the way to fix the issue myself. I learned alot from our talk and they didn't think the easy fix was even worth charging a fee. I paid what I thought it should cost. They didn't try to cheat me, also if the same issue happens again I know how to fix it thanks to them. And now I'm back to enjoying my IPod.
