My house was built by LTS --- the deck was never flashed, not even bolted to the house...just NAILED. It collapsed while I was ON IT -- almost killed me. So much water damage, the side of the house collapsed as well -- I had to have a crew here lift the entire structure up to fix. ALSO-- theres BARELY ( if any ) insulation, NONE in the floors --- and for some reason they decided to run all the pipes through the garage which has NO HEAT and NO INSULATION. The roof was nailed on with ONE or TWO NAILS for some reason, ALL the windows ARGON are spent so I have to replace all of them. The DRIVEWAY now, they didn't remove the tree stumps just piled gravel over them-- now I have SINK HOLES in three places and you can literally see the tree and its roots.... I called LTS and I was told " oh, this is a different LTS the LTS who built your house is no longer in business ".....yeah right.
