I can't seem to get a call back for over a week no...

I can't seem to get a call back for over a week now. The website is under construction, phone lines are down and no one is responding to my emails.

So far I am completely frustrated dealing with this company. They don't pick up the phone especially when you have an issue. They are not quick to respond back again when there is an issue.
When I registered for a course I had to book my exam date which I didn't want to do at the time of the phone call because I didn't know my schedule. Just over a week after booking the exam date I needed change it, they are quick to respond that you need to pay extra $$.
I DID NOT ENJOY DEALING WITH THEM NOR WOULD I BE COMING BACK. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL OR SERVICE FRIENDLY.
