Sadly my new experience was negative. They called me and pressured me to by a new car. Instead of having my car ready in a timely manner, they wanted to keep it overnight. When I declined to go for an appointment to buy a new car, and complained about the delay, suddenly, my car was ready for pickup. Finally, I got my car fixed (overpriced to convince me to get the new vehicle) but dirty, when in other Courtesy dealers (such as Courtesy Toyota), every time a customer's car is served, is returned nice & clean. Please follow that example!
