The word that comes to mind is monopoly. Which last I checked is illegal in this country. There are supposed to be options for the public to choose from to make informed decisions based on what they want who they want and what they can affird. We are given none of these. So securus just charges what they want when they want and it's not the same for everybody. This is an injustice to those who care about their loved ones that are locked up. we need to petition our representatives to get more choices of service providers in our judicial system.
