I was called by Joe after requesting a quote for a new system through Home Depot. He was very prompt in getting in touch with me and within a day was at my house walking through options. He was very friendly and transparent and got me a few quotes within 12 hours. The cost was very comparable to other businesses and Joe was polite and helpful through the whole process. I ultimately went with a different business because they happened to have a spare unit on the truck ready to install that day, but I would highly recommend Holland H&C to my friends.
