Soon as you open the door it stinks so bad in the lobby. I didn't think that this place would be like that. The woman told my mother that she had to pay $140 to get her dog back and what the charges were. We get in and she asked my mother did she go to city hall to get the dog license and she never told her that. Why would she say it anyways knowing that she can get the dog license here. If I wanted a dog, I wouldn't get it from here.
