I have use this church for more than five years to...

I have use this church for more than five years to do upwards to 100 services if not more. Pastor Kent is amazing and I have never had a single family complain about the service they provide. I have read some reviews on here that I think I have more to do with the funeral director then the church itself. Being a funeral director myself I know that family dynamics can get way out of control sometimes and it sounds to me like family dynamics played a huge role in how this service was ran. I can t say for sure what happened because I was not there...but what I can tell you is that in all the services that I have done in that church we have never ever had a single issue or complaint. I feel bad for everyone involved here because it sounds like the family had a negative experience and it sounds like maybe the director should have done more to organize and accommodate the dynamics of the family. In all my years of experience with Kent he has always carried out the instruction set forth from my arrangements.
