I was invited here by a friend back in March for an aura event. I was excited to attend and booked a space. I commute back and forth to work on the trains and was advised to quarantine due to my job in healthcare. I called the studio to let them know the situation as I wasn t feeling well and stayed home for the event as my friend has an infant daughter. Joneil explained their policy and I explained the circumstances that prevented my attendance and I had never been there before nor had any additional intention of going there for another event. He refused to refund my money for the event. I suggest if you are only going for an event, don t go, or register in person. In addition, the rudeness and attitude expressed by the owner is the sole reason I would never want to attend an aura session at this venue in the future.

And they filter Facebook feedback that s negative. Everytime I post there it says it s posted to their page, but it posts to my own page.
