DO NOT USE GOLDS GYM!
Tried to cancel membership when Covid got bad and my local Golds permanently closed. This was the next closest location so they were contacted to cancel, refered me online, that referred me back to this location. They then tell me all cancellations must be made with the gym in joined at...which is closed. I tried to contact corporate, sent emails, made calls...and finally blocked charges with my bank since no one would call me back or reply. I spent 20 hours on something that should have taken 3 minutes. Then they turned me over to collections and once again tell me in order to dispute, I must call the gym in signed up through and offer no solution when I say they closed it permanently.

Worst morals, ethics and professionalism of any business I have experienced and I use to work B2B.
