Two years ago I purchased what I thought was my dream car. I was ecstatic to be an owner of a BMW, and disregarded every horror story I ever heard about the service department. In just 3 short months of ownership, I got my own dose of said horror, which carried on each time I visited the service center due to constant problematic issues. It was not until a few months when I met Jose and my thoughts were re-directed. He has forever changed my thoughts on BMW service center in San Antonio.

The day I met Jose, I was sitting on a bench looking at my invoice trying to understand the verbiage, stated resolved issues and future maintenance recommendations. Jose went out of his way to go over my entire invoice and explained to me with profound ability & knowledge of each item I requested more info on. The next time I returned to the Service center, I arrived to see Jose once again going above and beyond to satisfy customers. I had dealt with a few crappy service agents over my 2 year period and moving forward I knew the only way I would trust and feel comfortable continuing my relationship with BMW was through him. I have visited the service department several times since meeting Jose, and each time he does whatever he can to accommodate and ease my frustrations. He is friendly, experienced, smart, consistent, professional and goes that extra mile each and every time. Jose, you have been wonderful to work with at BMW and I appreciate you as well as thank you for keeping my business at BMW. You are a true rockstar.
