I've lost count on how many times I've stayed here... Pools are very nice, good food, great location. Self parking is a joke and over priced. The resort fee is excessive. Otherwise, it's a great hotel. Although it may not seem like it but you can actually walk to balboa Island. There's a walking path nearby or you can walk along the street and down the hill.
