I made an online purchase, the payment was made to my card, it was paid to a Paypal account at the establishment, however they inform me that the order payment is not reflected so they cannot proceed with the order. I contacted an employee via email who, before, had contacted me asking for extra information since they asked for extra information for security reasons, to date they have not contacted me.
