Back in 2010 we bought a Dodge Challenger. We had decide before we got to NW Jeep in Beaverton that we were not going to buy the extended warranty. We get to the finance part and the finance manager ask if we wanted the extended warranty and we told him no. We kept going back and forth on it when he finally said, if you don't end up using it you can get your money back at the end of the warranty. Well, that was a lie. we got to the end of the contract and the finance manager sold us the wrong warranty. They will not honor it. Very disappointed in people who lie so they can make their commission. Needless to say, I would go out of my way to buy a car at another dealership then go back to NW Jeep in Beaverton.
