The attitude of some of its staff was appalling and unprofessional. When I (an Asian female) entered its international cuisine restaurant the female staff at the reception (four of them, standing) just stared at me without greeting or a smile - although the male staff eventually did. I don't think this is the case for every customer who comes here, considering its supposedly high standard service. The quality of staff's service and attitude seems to vary greatly depending on who you are, undoubtedly being sexually and racially discriminative. This shows a lack in professional staff training. If you are not a Caucasian or a man, think twice before you go there even if the description of the hotel appears inviting and welcoming.
