The worst customer service experience ever with the claim process. Sadly, I didn t realize Geico partnered with them for my home insurance until my first claim, which they denied after a quick phone conversation with the adjustor, without even taking a look at anything it tells you a lot there though I m told they could reach out to the contractors I used to replace my roof that I paid out of my pocket to ask them questions etc. and thought they could potentially review the report by a well-respected independent inspector I hired, which contained plenty of photos taken for my roof.
