The people here are conceited in the fact that the "customer service" is completely non-existent.
Quoted by their Store Manager, Ted, "We will never meet your high expectations.... Too hard to listen to an unjustified complaint. Again PLEASE do not come back; you will obviously not be happy and our business will be just fine without your scrutiny."

In times where there are a ton of places in Raleigh to eat, Customer Service, will win out.
There is none here, so skip this place and eat elsewhere.
