Very disappointed in Tackle Warehouse.

Very disappointed in Tackle Warehouse.
I spent an hour with a friend who is an accomplished fisherman who helped me fill my shopping cart with nearly $800 worth of gear. I was later contacted by a Tackle Warehouse representative who said they would not complete and ship my order because I was shipping to my lake house, which is a different address than my credit card billing address. Even their supervisor would not try and find a solution. There are ways to ensure this was not a fraudulent order, but they would not take the time to figure this out. I give them an "F" for customer support. They also immediately cancelled my login account I had created from a previous order.
