Great service when it works.

Credit card companies seem to change rules every three months causing problems/failed payments through Plastiq. These issues (or at least Plastiq's notification to me about them) seem to occur one to two days before scheduled payments which causes obvious issues.

When Plastiq works properly it is really a good service but when it does not work (as noted above) they have no phone support or even public phone number. The only option is a chat system which i do not prefer.

If the rules of the Card Companies would stabilize/be resolved with Plastiq and if Plastiq added phone support this would be an easy 5 stars.
